Leaving bitter memories for us.

The deadly earthquake and tsunami hit Palu.

It traumatized not only survivors and victims’ families but the whole country as well.

Despite sadness, our athletes performed creditably at the 2018 games – winning x gold medals, x silver, and x bronzes … to finish fifth in the overall standing.

Approaching the end of the month, KPK dropped the bombshell of an investigation  into alleged graft.

The graft was connected to the huge Meikarta construction project.

And last week, we were struck another grievous blow when Lion flight crashed into the Java sea some 13 minutes after takeoff.

Authorities believe there were no survivors from the plane.
