Died from Shopping Mall fall

A man identified as Teguh Padang, 29,

He died on Sunday after falling from the sixth floor of ITC shopping mall.

He reportedly died from severe head injuries. 

Before the incident, Teguh was reportedly visiting the mall to purchase a laptop. 
A witness saw Teguh when

he was already lying dead on the ground floor of the mall. 

"The incident occurred at around 2 p.m.

Suddenly people were screaming and shouting that someone had fallen.

I think he died immediately as

people covered the body with a piece of cardboard right away,"


Teguh came to the mall with his elder and younger siblings to buy a laptop.

Not long after they reached the sixth floor where
the laptop store was located,

Teguh's siblings suddenly heard that someone had fallen. 

Teguh’s siblings were notified that their brother had fallen to the ground floor, in front of Transmart Carrefour,". 
Shortly after the incident,

the mall's security officers safeguarded the area until

the police's identification team arrived.

The victim broke both his legs and

he sustained severe head injuries in the fall. 
The police have yet to reveal the cause of the incident, as

they are still questioning witnesses, including the two family members. 
"We are not sure whether it was suicide or an accident,". 
The body was taken to Hospital to undergo further examination. (vla)
